Thank you for shopping at Uintah Basin Swag. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Domestic Shipping & Restrictions
- We only ship to physical addresses within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address must be provided at checkout.
2. Free Shipping Threshold
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65.00.
- For orders under $65.00, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Custom Order Processing Time
All custom orders are built to your specifications and require design approval before production begins.
- Production Time: Custom orders ship within a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 21 days.
- Timeline Start: This 14-to-21-day timeline begins only after you have officially approved the final design proof.
- Standard Items: Non-custom items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery transit time is separate from the 14-to-21-day production timeline required for custom orders.

5. Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.
- This email will contain your carrier tracking number.
- Tracking details typically update within 24 hours of shipment.
6. Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
- Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
